Samantha Farmer, textile artist & owner of Highland Magic Fibre Arts
I’m a fibre artist based in the Scottish Highlands, weaving local wool and traditional craft into yarn and textiles born of land, lineage, and story. My work follows fibre from field to finished piece, using slow, traceable processes that honour both material and place. Through weaving, spinning, and dyeing, I aim to make work that carries the history of its making — and to share that journey with others.

Handspun yarns
Locally-sourced wool from native and current breeds, vintage and modern flax, recycled materials, elbow grease and a lot of love go into my yarns.
