Studio

The Highland Magic studio in Crieff is a working space for fibre, colour and textile-making. Alongside the shop and art practice, I offer selected commissions, workshops and talks, with workshop hire considered by arrangement.

Commissions

I welcome enquiries for original woven and embroidered work for homes, collections and meaningful occasions. Commissions begin with a conversation about scale, palette, material, place and timescale.

Workshops, demonstrations and walks

Small, thoughtful sessions around fleece, spinning, natural colour, weaving, provenance and the stories held in wool. Demonstrations and foraging walks can welcome groups of up to 10. Hands-on workshops are limited to 6 participants so everyone has the space and attention they need.

Sessions can be developed for community groups, galleries, festivals, schools and organisations.

Workshop hire

The studio may be available for respectful creative use, subject to the activity, equipment needs and studio schedule. Please get in touch with your proposed date, activity, group size and any access or equipment requirements.

Prices and enquiries

Prices are available on enquiry and are set in line with Scottish Artists Union rates. For a commission, workshop, talk, walk or studio-hire enquiry, please use the contact page and include as much useful detail as you can. I reply personally and will come back to you with next steps.
